This includes:

Customized phone cases

Embellished socks

Personalized or made-to-order items

Please double-check your device model, color choices, and personalization before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

1. Your order number

2. Photos of the product AND the packaging

3. A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

A free replacement or

A partial refund (case-by-case)

Damage reported after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement.

Order Cancellations

Because personalization begins quickly, orders can only be canceled within:

* 12 hours of purchase

After this time, the order cannot be canceled.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing:

- Contact us within 48 hours

- We will fix the issue right away at no extra cost

Exchange Eligibility

Due to hygiene and customization reasons:

No exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind

No returns for handmade or made-to-order items
