Processing Times

All items from Naeja’s Creation are handmade by a high school teen entrepreneur.

Because of this, processing times reflect a school schedule:

Standard Processing: 3–7 business days

Custom Orders: 5–10 business days

During exam weeks or holidays: processing may take 1–2 extra days
(Naeja always prioritizes quality over speed.)

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and another email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders are shipped from Alabama, USA using USPS.

USPS First Class (3–5 days): $4.99

USPS Priority (1–3 days): $8.99

Free Shipping on orders over $50

Local pickup/meet-up may be available depending on your area — email to request.

Once your package is handed to USPS, delivery times may vary due to weather, delays, or holiday volume.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Address Policy

- Customers are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

You may request reshipment for an additional $4.99 shipping fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Naeja’s Creation is not responsible for:

- Packages marked “delivered” but not found

- USPS delays

- Lost or stolen items after delivery

However, we will do our best to help you file a USPS claim.
